My office is in pristine New Boston, a small New England town in southern New Hampshire. But my coaching practice is not limited by geography. Whatever form of coaching works best for you works best for me. Because your comfort level is of highest priority, you may schedule:
- Telephone consultations
- Skype/Facetime consultations
- Face-to-face meetings (where geographically possible)
Specific times for consultations are also flexible, and may include evenings or weekends when needed.
During weekly coaching conversations, we’ll celebrate successes of the past week, review any difficulties encountered, strategize around roadblocks, and set action goals for the upcoming week.

if you would like a 15-minute, free introduction to wellness coaching with me, please contact me and we can set up a mutually convenient time to chat. There is no obligation or expectation, just an opportunity for you to have some of your questions or concerns addressed.
60-Minute Introduction to Sculpt Your Health
This option gives you the opportunity to share with me your health and wellness goals, wishes, and desires, and to learn more about my coaching services, philosophy, and process. There is no further commitment required, but if you decide to move ahead with a three-month coaching package, the fee for this one-hour session will be deducted from the cost of your coaching package.
Stand-Alone Fee: $100
Three-Month Coaching Package
Three months is considered to be the minimum time in which a person can successfully change lifestyle habits. This package includes:
- A 90-minute session to develop your personal vision for the future
- Weekly 45-minute review and planning sessions
- Texts, emails, or phone calls as agreed upon throughout each week
- Weekly information update on your specific topic of interest
Three-Month Package Fee: $850
Payment for services is required prior to beginning the coaching relationship. Major credit cards, PayPal, and personal checks will be accepted.
